Mahnoush Pourhosseini Akbariye

borne in 1984, graduated in English translation and Painting, is an Iranian visual artist whose works subject is  women in general and women of Iran specifically. She mostly uses the elements of persian paintings combinied with the space of her works trying to show the subtle, fragile and somehow sad world  of women in her motherland who have dissapointedly stared us with their frozen and mesmesmerized faces through the window of her works.
